Are the cars insured?

Insurance Types

Third Party Insurance :

Covers the damages caused by the renter to other cars, people, property, in legal limits defined by Government of Turkey

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) :

Covers accidental damages to the rental car. CDW does not cover excess fee/deductible, windscreen and headlight breakage, tyre punctures and theft of spare tyre. Those can be waived by buying optional HTW (headlight, tyres, windscreen) insurance.

What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

You can pay by cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling +905336334969. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +90 5336334969 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.

Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can pick up and drop off the car at the address you specify for a fee. We provide car rental service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free of charge, car delivery and return at Dalaman airport. Lc car hire is easy way of rent a car at Dalaman airport.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

Do you deliver cars outside Dalaman ?

Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price.
